Kidcore is most known for the bright and intense color palette that it uses, while the most common colors being bright red, blue, and yellow, it's no stranger to all the other colors in the rainbow, neon colors, and pastel colors. Since Kidcore is based in nostalgia, it is very inspired media from the 90's and 2000's like Nickelodeon, Disney, and Cartoon Network. Kidcore is also associated with brands aimed at kids like Lisa Frank, Hasbro, Sanrio, Mattel, and Disney. Due to Kidcore being related to childhood nostalgia, you often see motifs like books, watercolors, stuffed animals, rainbows, ballons, and fidget toys. Like many other aesthetics, music is an important part of Kidcore.
